They don’t have the squeaky, rubbery feel of most brands and are actually soft like real pasta. Will definitely be buying again!

    What is weird is they list 1.5g fat, but the only ingredient is knonjac. So where is the fat from? I have never seen a shiritaki with a fat content listed. Not like that is a big deal at, just more curious.
