Chopping a couple of pecans once a year in December for Mexican Wedding cookies until I’m dead

Cool cleaver! I love the look of western cleavers, but when it comes to overall versatility, Asian design wins every time

So I tend to make a baklava around Christmas, and I also make Russian tea cakes which are basically Mexican wedding cookies but with walnuts instead of pecans. Several years back I gave in and bought a small hand crank nut mill to chop them for me. Best purchase ever. I get a nice even consistency, and way less time and mess than chopping by hand.
