



Made my first loaf using the bbc goodfood starter instructions

All cooked in a le crueset casserole pot using sainsburys taste the difference "very strong Canadian white bread flour".
I made the following notes as I went:
First ferment prove 21c for 7 hours
Then fridge ferment after shaping for 14 hours
Taken out of fridge and fed starter after 3 hours.
Let sit overnight and fed again in the morning. Then used at peak rise after 4 hours post feed.
Baking, heat pot in oven to 260 fan.
Total left in oven 30 minutes. Cooked at 230 for 30 minutes, lid off and cooked for another 20 at 225..
What do we think? Is this a good one?
