This was absolutely incredible in my opinion. The sourdough was amazing, I feel like the bacon would be over for most people but I love it crispy like this, the beans tasted homemade with a nice thick sauce, the hash brown was awesome, and the sausage (hidden under the bacon) was amazing too.
My only critiques are the Hog Pudding could’ve been a bit crispier and the egg wasn’t too runny.
The absolute hero though were the mushrooms. My god. I hate mushrooms. But these were absolutely insane. Garlicy, buttery, super thinly sliced for some crisp and no nasty texture. Amazing.
