This is my 10th batch that I’ve made and for the first time they all baked properly, all but one looks great (a piping issue on my part) and then my fillings are delicious and I’m so excited! Don’t give up if you’re struggling, it just takes time and practice! I did the French method and they are filled with a whipped dark chocolate ganache and raspberry compote!!!
