9.5 years Wagyu Ribeye slumber in the freezer update
It's go time for my family of 4 Got them out to rest for 1.5 hours . Smell like they were slaughtered this morning.

Am I the only one looking at all these waygu posts and thinking that it doesn’t look very good? It looks like its 80% fat and 20% meat? Someone tell me what im missing

Do not take your eyes off those steaks while cooking, with that much fat, you could have an inferno on an open grill. Look forward to the final pics.

I’d go sous vide with a cast iron sear.

Dry brine a day, reverse sear, finish in a ripping hot pan for 45 seconds on each side is my jam
