I am so sorry that I didn’t get a pic before I closed her up.. but holy damn (quick 30 min) caramelized onion & Swiss/Gruyère cheese melt. One of the top 3 things I’ve ever ate in my life. I love onions & I love grilled cheeses.. why did I just do this !!!!!! Will never be eating anything else.
