Like the title says, this was my first time ever cooking Dino ribs! I treated it like a brisket! Thoughts?

These are a little different than typical dino or plate ribs. Those will have 3 ribs and are a little bigger. What you have here are chuck short ribs which are always 4 ribs. Still a good beef rib.
