Could you tell us what each thing is? I see what looks like lentils (cooked up nicely) and spinach (I think) but not sure what the veggie to the right (celery color, maybe cabbage) or the yellow stuff to the left, and it’s maybe fried tofu chunks bottom left not sure what’s hidden between the spinach and the fried tofu chunks, and not sure what the brown is bottom right, and I am very curious as to what it’s all inside, is it a thin pancake?
