This was my first attempt at making 0 to 400 wings. I was pretty happy with the outcome. It could’ve been a little more crispy , and then we covered it with sweet chili sauce and buffalo sauce. It came out pretty damn good.

Putting the chicken on the grates probably would’ve helped it become crispier. Direct contact and increased airflow would both help texture.

I am a not a great cook but I would leave the wings on the grates and spread them out more to allow air to circulate better.
