This is my favorite type of cookie.. I don’t understand why it’s not offered more by others or a surprise to some people that you can make oatmeal cookies without raisins
Yours look better than the one pictured on the recipe you linked . How old was the discard you used ? I have some discard in the fridge , but it has been there for almost a month. When you use the discard , do you let it come to room temperature?
I have never heard of this. I am extremely curious about this cookie and am definitely going to try on my next feed!
