True Strawberry Cheesecake 🍓

Just like my other post, about a TRUE Blueberry Cheesecake ( how it’s blueberry from the inside and out … not just a swirl or compote / syrup) I present to you a True Strawberry Cheesecake ! Unfortunately I won’t be able to post anywhere what it looks like from the inside because this is an order for a customer … but if and when I bake one for fun, I’ll present a slice for y’all. No , it doesn’t have fresh strawberries in the batter… that’s ugly and basic lol
