








My first attempt. I’m so happy with how it turned out but there was definitely some browning. Used fan convection oven. Heating is from the bottom.
First batch baked at 150C for 15mins on bottom rack. Very crispy shell.
2nd batch baked at 140C for 15mins on bottom rack. Less crispy shell.
3rd batch baked at 140C for 15mins on top rack. Even lesser crispy shell but not fragile.
Browning of top shell definitely improved on 3rd batch but same browning at the bottom.
Any advise would be great! 🙂

You did great! I’ve made them a few times, and the hardest part for me continues to be getting them all uniform in size (and I use the silpat mats with the circles). You seem to be a natural at this!

Beautiful! I’ve made them a couple of times and I fully understand and respect that they are so expensive when you buy them.
They look pretty great! And it’s clear you didn’t over mix the batter, which is a hard thing to learn
Yeah yeah yeah, good for you… I have made this things for about 12 times now, and only one time I got them right. I never known I’m so bad at something like this. I keep failing in all sorts of ways. I’m glad you are naturally talented…
