


Started with an unsliced shank portion bone-in ham, hit it with my usual pork rub, 275 on the smoker until it hit 160, then into a roasting pan with apple juice and covered in foil and into a 350 oven until it hit 205, then a 30-minute rest and pulled.
So good I had two sandwiches immediately.
