There’s a dude that has his yatai in my neighborhood. I’m sure it’s just as good but doesn’t have the instagram followers. No lines, just the local folk. Fuck influencers

The only practical reason I can think of for servings *that* size is to distract the bears that seem to be running all over Japan.
That being said, the bears are going to eat unusually well.
