It's viral cream kimchi fried rice in Korea. Make a hole in the center and pour heavy cream, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese!
As Korean, I thought it could be weird before trying, but I was really surprised by the perfect combo!! It tastes really well balanced.
For extra umami, many Koreans use oyster sauce, dashida or msg here. And add a lil bit sugar if the kimchi is too sour.
