    How’d it taste? That’s all that matters for backyard bbq tbh.

    One suggestion would be to use a sugary sauce only for finishing. A lot of the dark stuff on your ribs looks like burnt sugar.

    I’d eat that happily! I like some of those charred bits sometimes as long as it isn’t taken too far.
