Seitan beef coated in a peanut-based, spicy, smoky Suya spice blend. I gave my Suya a personal touch by using my favorite holy trinity of chilis: Guajillo, Pasilla, and Ancho for a complex, smoky, earthy flavor with subtle hints of cocoa, resiny woody undertones, and fruity notes of raisins and prunes. Not overly spicy so that it won't aggravate hemorrhoids the next day, although I have heard that some folks are into that. To each their own 🤭
