“Everything you see, I owe to spaghetti.” Actress Sophia Loren’s words, apparently. Beer? Or wine?
Maybe I’ll take a bath first! The day delicious ingredients arrive,
when happy daydreams won’t stop. The day I buy bread for the next morning,
when tomorrow’s happiness is promised. When I get the most delicious bite of a dish. Looking back, this year too,
so many delicious things comforted my heart. To eat is to live.
It enriches life. Looking forward to eating has helped me get through each day.
A collection of warm winter dishes. The day I chose the wrong coat
and went out Tonight’s dinner is decided: clay pot miso ramen. Salt, pepper, cake flour.
Stack the green beans: 4, 3, 2. 1 tablespoon sesame paste, 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, white sesame seeds Added green chili peppers from the fridge to the tuna mayo The fastest way to make rice balls🍙 Meat rolls shaped like a Christmas tree Grated cheese to represent snow❄ Microwaved red wieners and chikuwa fish cake 400ml dashi stock, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder, garlic, 2 tbsp miso Loaded with your favorite fillings🌽🥚 Pork cutlet wraps are delicious no matter what you roll up in them 😋 Finishing with cheese risotto It started snowing in the afternoon
By the time I went home, the snow had piled up Removed my makeup with cleansing balm
and soaked in a long bath My body was completely frozen
and took forever to warm up On days like this
I make something simple that warms me up I marinate the chicken in sake and soy sauce Maitake mushrooms and mitsuba Mushrooms and ham Italian parsley and basil Salt Lemon juice, pepper
Hot mushroom salad is ready 2 eggs, 250ml water, 3 tbsp white dashi Rinse the udon noodles Sumikko Gurashi fish cakes were on sale, so I bought some Heat for about 10 to 15 minutes at 200W
while keeping an eye on it Odamaki-mushi with udon noodles in chawanmushi I feel like the more ingredients you add, the better it pairs with the udon🤤 The mushroom salad was delicious even when chilled, as the flavors melded well Steamers
also help warm up a cold room 🤭 Thick-sliced bread with cheese in between Well-washed eggs Warm up leftover curry too Steamed Cheese Bread The fluffy bread is exceptionally delicious Steamed eggs in a bamboo steamer turn out moist and tender On holiday mornings, toast is hard to resist, but
steamed buns are delicious too 😋 To make room for New Year’s ingredients,
I’m organizing the refrigerator. 400ml dashi stock, 2 tbsp mirin, 2 tbsp sake, 2 tbsp soy sauce Boiled eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, 1/2 teaspoon vinegar Quail eggs with salt and pepper, all-purpose flour Egg, breadcrumbs Burdock root soaked in water
Mix all-purpose flour and potato starch 1:1, coat with batter made by adding cold water Lunch at Sushiro: Delicious quail egg gunkan and
burdock tempura udon Why is fried quail so incredibly delicious? 🤭 Hot plate recipes I hesitate to make during the hot season I prepared large enoki mushrooms to enjoy to my heart’s content 5 tbsp cake flour, 90ml water Garlic and enoki mushrooms
Salt, pepper, chili flakes Mirin and soy sauce The crunchy texture of the enoki mushrooms is delicious Spread thinly on the dough
Bonito flakes Cabbage, bean sprouts I used fried onions instead of tempura bits. Pork, salt and pepper Yakisoba noodles, yakisoba sauce Fried egg Layered into a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki I imagined a Christmas wreath Plenty of vegetables and noodles are the best 😋 January 1st morning It’s almost midnight. Will anything change?
Probably not. But this day is ending, isn’t it? I heard that BTS song. No matter what kind of day it is, when the second hand and minute hand overlap at midnight, you can reset.
That’s the kind of song it is. On the day the year begins,
I hope that day will be an especially good one. I prepared ingredients to spend the day slowly watching dramas. While boiling water, I made mizuhiki decorations. Today’s ceremonial chopsticks for the gods. Komatsuna greens. 400ml dashi stock, 1/2 tbsp each light soy sauce and sake, 1 tsp mirin, pinch of salt Miso-flavored roast beef Served with thinly sliced pickled daikon radish and yuzu
This is Japanese-style roast beef It’s the osechi I couldn’t wait to eat While eating the osechi
I was looking forward to watching as many dramas as I wanted Mochi made in a home bread maker Without worrying about the time
I’ll binge-watch Squid Game It’s packed with only my favorite things 🤭 My failed rolled omelet Every time I make osechi, I feel like I mess something up I hope to get the hang of it a little more each year😹 Since I turned off the heater to keep the osechi from spoiling,
I made lots of hot tea. Thawed out the vinegared rice for dinner. Using whatever was available, like leftover osechi
I made temari sushi Soy sauce, mirin Marinated raw salmon Combining Kaldi instant ramen with osechi Osechi ramen Let’s eat with strawberry liqueur. The strawberry aroma is gorgeous. After eating lots of Japanese food during New Year’s,
I start craving junk food 🤭 A day dedicated to eating and watching Cleaning, using fire, using knives, spending money… Things you’re not supposed to do on New Year’s Day, and also spending it alone,
made it feel like the most relaxed day of the year. On the way home as the cold intensified,
I stopped by the supermarket before heading home. I’ll quickly prep the groceries I bought. Even just washing and chopping the vegetables helps out on weekdays. Sugar, sake, mirin, soy sauce It’s beef bowl seasoning. Garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sake, sesame oil, potato starch, salt and pepper Stir-fry-ready chop suey mix
Cut the bell peppers into sections so they can be added last Just cutting the chikuwa fish cake ahead of time is a big help 😋 I plan to season this one based on my mood that day Small and cute lotus root Quickly boil it Sushi vinegar Vinegared rice Let’s make a stick-shaped chirashi sushi Soy milk Soy sauce Gently heat to make yuba This alone is a feast😋 Maybe I should have cut it😅 Wasabi oil
It has a nice, strong spiciness and tastes great After enjoying the yuba,
add white dashi to make a soy milk hot pot While waiting for the pot to heat up, enjoy some grilled sushi 😋 Whether it’s meat or fish
Surprisingly, it goes well with almost any ingredient Adding kumquats was also delicious A night growing colder as the rain falls Slicing cauliflower Broad beans Mikan whose skin had become hard Boil down, add salt, soy sauce, and butter to make a sauce Mascarpone cheese, fresh cream, salt Sea bream, long green onion, and shiso leaf spring rolls A remnant of Christmas
Snowman butter 💛? In honor of Valentine’s Day
I made it snow❄ I also prepared a romantic Valentine’s Day playlist (for myself) The mikan sauce paired wonderfully with the sea bream😋 I think mascarpone cream is perfect for special occasions Everything was delicious and made for a satisfying dinner New calendar Events across Japan,
seasonal ingredients, and seasonal recipes. Not plans,
but places I want to go and things I want to eat.🤭 Cute red turnips
Pickling them whole 3/4 vinegar, 80g sugar, 20g salt, chili peppers, kombu Leave for about 5 days and it’s done The turnip greens are blanched Light soy sauce, mustard, white sesame seeds New Year’s leftover kumquats 50g cream cheese, 1 kumquat, miso, soy sauce Recipe to use up mandarin oranges Olive oil, lemon juice, salt Marinated mikan and salmon Soak the flounder in a brine made with 300cc water, 2 tablespoons cooking sake, and 1/2 teaspoon salt Grated turnip, egg white, 1 tsp potato starch Carrot, frozen edamame, salted kombu, salt 100cc water, 1 tablespoon each light soy sauce and mirin, 1 teaspoon each sugar and Japanese-style dashi, potato starch dissolved in water Steam the frozen bamboo leaf sushi together with it. Once the thickened sauce is poured over it,
the steamed turnips are complete. Be careful as there are bones. This recipe is also delicious with Spanish mackerel or cod. Steamed sushi is also delicious. The kumquat cream cheese has a flavor that makes you keep eating. It was a long video,
but thank you for watching until the end.

  4. Nami, you know, recently I’ve been inundated with YT recommendations about young Japanese office workers, men and female, talking about how they are over worked, poor, and unhappy, and all asking for a “cup of coffee ☕️” hahaha. Even when you only had a few thousand sub, you never asked your viewers for anything, no patreon, and just said “Thank You for watching “. Nami you are Nadeshiko
