Came to Blue Apsara today to try some Cambodian food. It was so good. I highly recommend Taste of Cambodia combo which comes with beef skewers, prahok ktis, spring rolls and cambodian/laotian sausauge. Sorry didn't take a photo of the full combo.
On the left of the photo is fish amok, a steamed fish in curry dish. Widely considered the national dish of Cambodia. It's also very good but I wish it had a little more spice.
Overall had a great experience and owner is very kind. If you are unfamiliar with Cambodian dish he will take time to explain everything to you!

Love this place! My favorites are the beef skewers, the papaya salad, and the amok. Amok isn’t supposed to have strong chile-heat. Cambodian food will be hot for people who don’t heat chiles at all, but it’s not particularly hot, unlike typical Lao food or some Thai dishes. (In fact, neither Lao nor Thai versions of hor mok are particularly spicy, either.) Try the papaya salad and ask for spicy if you want something hot.
That combo platter is such a great deal; you can easily make a meal for 2 out of it and it’s under $30.
