Did you make the custard base cream cheese frosting? I used to make that one a lot but during the pandemic I struggled with it being grainy no matter which cream cheese I used. I always wondered if Philly had to modify their CC recipe slightly in such a way that it broke Stella’s recipe. I haven’t made it since.
