Today's burger is my take on a bacon swiss deluxe:

130g griddled beef (medium well)
Salt, pepper, MSG
Swiss cheese
Bacon
Extra onion (raw)
Extra sour bread and butter pickles
Mayo/mustard/mustard/ketchup
Lettuce and a lovely slice of tomato

With prep done on the weekend, these takes about 10 minutes to make.

    Looks great. I just had this conversation with my wife…..for some reason when I make a burger use shredded lettuce I put the patty on top of the bed of lettuce, but when I have pieces of lettuce leaves I put them on top.
