The bonbons are filled with brown butter dark chocolate ganache and salted caramel, with crunchy hazelnut pralinè caps. The oak leaves are chocolate pâte sucrée topped with royal icing.

Those are obnoxiously beautiful! Like, DAMN. You’re gonna have to fight people to convince them to eat one instead of framing it and displaying it as art.

Omg these are incredible!! Are you proud ?! You should be!!

ETA: omg thank you for the award 🥲

Those are beyond delightful! The art, the flavors… How is it possible?

*insert Futurama meme with Fry saying “shut up and take my money” while waving wad of cash*

Where did you learn to make this? This is something I aspire to make someday- like this is so much talent!
How do I get on the path to make things like this (with paying thousands for pastry school)

I need the day to come where I can just reach through the screen and stuff all of these in my face

Making me feel like a squirrel because I want to eat those acorns!

How did you achieve the beautiful polished wood grain texture on the outside??

  17. These are absolutely spectacular. Even regular bonbons are so hard.  Are you a professional?

I don’t really know how to explain but these photos made me happy just to see. The creativity and then what is also clearly a very high level of craftsmanship– and then the aesthetics on top of it…. thank you for sharing. And man, I wish I could eat one 🙂

For a minute I thought there was no way this wasn’t AI. But you did it! They are beautiful!

I find my favorite art is usually ephemeral. Art that you can appreciate aesthetically before destroying as a means for deeper appreciation is the literal chefs kiss.

    Great work.

Those look incredible. I run rentals so my baking time is limited, but your detail makes me want to block a day off.

I think r/elvenfood needs to see these
