500 g ground beef
1 tbsp Yoghurt
1 Onion, Grated in pure
1/2 tbsp Red pepper flakes
1/2 tbsp Salt or to taste
1 tsp Sweet paprika
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Olive oil
Black pepper

White Sauce:
4 tbsp Yogurt
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Milk
3-4 Sprigs of dill, chopped
1-2 Cloves of garlic, grated
Salt to taste

Toppings: Lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber, pita, potato fries or what you likes.

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef with all the spices. Mix thoroughly until the meat is well-seasoned and slightly sticky.
3. Divide the mixture into 2-3 portions
4. Place each portion between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out very thinly with a rolling pin.
5. Bake for 20 minutes at 220°C (425°F).
6. For the sauce in bowl mix yogurt, mayo, milk, dill, garlic and salt
7. Once the meat is ready, place vegetables and pita on a plate and top with the beef meat. Pour white sauce over everything and enjoy.
