We had some nice warm weather in October and early November and all of my plants went into overdrive mode producing tons of pods! I harvested boat loads of Habaneros and Jalapenos but the Ghosts take a long time to mature.

Now it's getting cold, well Southern California cold anyway, and they've seemingly stopped growing/ripening. You can see some of the leaves look like they're dying and today I noticed these dark spots forming around the top of some of the pods. Are they a lost cause? Should I harvest them now and hope the plant survives through winter? Unfortunately the pot they're in weighs about 500lbs so I can't really bring it inside at night 🙁

No they are fine, anthocyanins can react to high light or colder temps.
