Fried snapper at Big Fish, Inglewood

One of the great fish markets of South LA. Fish is super crispy, well seasoned. Their tartar sauce ain't bad, hot sauce is generic packets. Did not like the hush puppies tho – dry, overcooked, unseasoned. But the fish is really good 👍
