
Reviewing the results from our latest test kitchen session. We wanted to deconstruct the viral chocolate bar and rebuild it as a proper cake slice without losing that signature crunch.
It took a few tries to get the ratio of pistachio cream and crispy kataifi right so it doesn't make the cake soggy. Visually, I think the glossy finish steals the show, but the texture inside is the real winner here. Just wanted to share a clean shot from the batch.
