
I finally tried Briscuits! I had the egg, cheese, and brisket biscuit, it was really good. The portion size is generous, and tall enough that I had to eat it with a fork and knife. The meat is prepared in a huge smoker on site that lives in a separate trailer. I would consider this a special outing breakfast, it was $17 and it was worth it.
I put the plastic knife in the picture for scale but I don’t think it accurately depicts the generous portion size!
