
Recipe below, I used a sort of bread flour but not a 00 flour.
Wheat Flour – 170 g (≈ 6.0 oz)
Water – 110 g (≈ 3.9 oz)
Fresh Yeast – 1.5 g (≈ 0.05 oz)
Salt – 2.5 g (≈ 0.09 oz)
Olive Oil – 4 g (≈ 0.14 oz)
