I’ve been trying and trying to follow a Gingerbread macaron recipe from Barley and Sage website. I’ve followed it word for word. But my mix seems to come out super airy. I’m not the best piper but other recipes have come out with smooth domed tops and nice feet. These are monstrous.

Soooooo. What the heck am I doing wrong here?

    im looking at the recipe and it seems like the sugar measurements seem off. id follow the pies and tacos gingerbread macaron recipe! theyve never failed me.
