Coming soon signage is now up for Kareem’s Lebanese Kitchen at Gaithersburg’s Rio Lakefront. The restaurant will be located in the former Bach to Rock space at 212 Boardwalk Place.
Kareem’s Lebanese Kitchen, which debuted in Naples, Florida in 2018, has earned strong reviews for its authentic Lebanese cuisine, including a 4.6 rating on Google and 4.4 on Yelp. The menu features traditional Beiruti dishes such as shawarma, mezze, and other Mediterranean staples.
The restaurant is led by Chef Rachid Eido, a third-generation culinary artisan whose family has been perfecting Lebanese recipes since the 1940s. Eido’s culinary background includes work with InterContinental Hotels, the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, and Lebanese Taverna, all contributing to the techniques and flavors he brings to his kitchen.
An opening date has not yet been announced.
