Day two, I’d probably do some steak tacos and air fry the potatoes for crispiness.
Day three, I’d sautee the steak with sliced onions and mushrooms and probably do smash potatoes and toss in some garlic.
Day four, I’d probably mash the potatoes, make a gravy and top the mash with the steak and gravy.
Just to keep it interesting.
