Aldi sourdough slightly toasted over open gas flame to soften and give it a superficial burn. Duke’s mayo on one side, dijon on the other. Finely cut salad mix, white onion, corned beef crumbs, sharp cheddar, and English cucumber, all very finely sliced. Then dressing- olive oil, cracked pepper, and dried herbs. Truly amazing.
