Neolokal – Istanbul (*)

This had to be a top meal of the year, and I see why so many people say this is the best 1 star in Türkiye. Food was really exceptional, well executed, clean flavors. While some dishes did feel a bit monotoned both in texture and taste, the excellent dishes such as the braised vegetables (I know, a vegetarian dish) and braised lamb neck and shoulder, with Anatolian grains were delicious. Definitely deserve the star, and hope to dine there again sometime in the future!
