Beef β 1 kg (2.2 lb)
Potatoes β 2 pcs (200 g / 7 oz)
Carrot β 1 pc (80 g / 2.8 oz)
Tomatoes β 2 pcs (240 g / 8.5 oz)
Onion β 1 pc (120 g / 4.2 oz)
Tomato paste β Β½ cup (100 g / 3.5 oz)
Water β Β½ cup (120 ml / 4 fl oz)
Flour β β

Mustard β 1 tbsp (15 g / 0.5 oz)
Chili sauce β 1 tbsp (15 ml / 0.5 fl oz)
Sweet paprika powder β 1 tsp (2 g)
Garlic powder β 1 tsp (3 g)
Ground black pepper β Β½ tsp (1 g) + to taste
Salt β to taste
Green onions β small bunch

Olive oil. 1 fresh carrot. 2 fresh tomatoes. 2 fresh potatoes. Ground black pepper. Salt. Garlic powder. 1/2 cup (100 g) of tomato paste. 1 tablespoon of mustard. 1 tablespoon of chili sauce. 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water. Bake in a preheated oven at 360Β°F/180Β°C for 40 minutes.
