I made a super rich shrimp stock from roasted shrimp heads, sauted mirepoix, and water retained from boiled shrimp. It's the most flavorful shrimp stock i have ever made. I can't wait to use it for some nice shrimp creole. by deadduncanidaho 1 Comment ComplexWrangler1346 4 days ago Looks good
