I like my gumbo a little more stacked, but color looks great on it tbf.

This reminds me of the time I went to my childhood neighbor’s (who owned the local Chinese buffet) for dinner. The dad proudly presented his Chinese gumbo, which looked nothing like regular gumbo, but was a delicious Asian amalgamation all the same.
