My Tomatillo plants are succumbing to disease so I’ve just harvested what I can. The fruits are filling the husk and the bottoms are starting to split. Are these edible or did I kill the gun?

Medium green colored fruit have a good citrus flavor for verde sauce. Yellow ones are sweeter.
