tired of regular vegetables, then catch the bestest bul salad. Keep watching. Hi girls, welcome back to my another video. I hope 
you’re doing great. And today we will prepare a Turkish bulour salad. It’s called kasour. So 
let’s start. For this we will need dome onion cucumber salad parsley pomegranate balsamic hot 
water bulgar pasta Turkish it’s named salcha of course my homemade olive oil and black pepper 
chili flakes and some salt. So let’s start. So girls, first we need to soak bulgur 
in hot water and just put our hot water. Okay, I took 200 g of bular and almost 
200 ml of water. A little mix it. So like this. And now we just 
cover it and leave it. Now we need to finally chop the onion and 
we’ll start to frying in olive oil. So girls, now just I will put the olive 
oil inside and start to fry. Okay girls, let’s open the heat but low heat. So let’s 
control Yes. Low heat and put our oil. Okay. And just start to fry it. So 
we need to fry it a little around um 5 10 minutes in a low heat. And then 
we will add our domades pasta. So uh in Turkey it’s named salcha. It’s a little bit 
different, but you can use any pasta you have. So girls, now we’re making the base for 
the bulgur salad. Namely, we are boiling bulgur and making tomato paste with onions. 
Then we’ll combine them together. So girls, don’t forget to mix our onion 
and just check it sometimes. So I want to wait a couple of minutes and then I 
will add our tomato sauce, tomato past. I’ll show you a version of the salad using a half of the 
bungaloo because fresh vegetables are added to it. And this salad should be eaten right away. But 
since it’s daytime now and I’m going to make this salad for dinner. Then in the evening for dinner, 
I’ll simply take the second half of the bular from the refrigerator and make a fresh salad. So 
girls, let’s check our onion. I think it’s ready. Look at this. It’s turn gold. So now it’s time 
to add a domise paste. It’s not eat so much. So like this. And a little bit more, I think. Yes. 
So two spoons. Two teaspoons. And just mix it. Girls, right now I added one more teaspoon of 
dome paste and just continue mix it. Look at that. So girls, it looks like this. And just 
we’re continue frying and then we will add this into a bowlboard. 
Our tomatoes pasta is ready. And while our tomatoes past is 
cooling, we chop the vegetables. Our vegetables are ready and we will bake to our 
bular opa. So I think it’s ready. So girls, now the most important moment. We will 
start to mix tomato past with a bular. It’s our best and we have to mix it very 
well. So we need to homogeneous mess. So girls, now it’s ready. Look at the color. It’s 
so beautiful color. So we need this like this. Now I just take some bular and put in our vegetables. 
I think I’ll not use half of this because it’s too much. So I think I use just some of this. But else 
it’s okay. So, you can use uh as much as you want. And now it’s time to add our seasoning. 
Some of chili flakes, black pepper, salt, tablespoon of olive oil. Okay. 
And I think tablespoon of balsamic. Yes. Like this. So girls, if you want to add more, you can do it. So it’s up to 
you. And now we gentle mix it. So girls, our salad is ready. And now you 
can serve it in a beautiful plate and enjoy your dinner or lunch. Bona petit. This salad
