Ingredients:
🧅 1 onion, chopped
🧄 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
🍅 2 tbsp tomato paste
🫒 Black olives, chopped
🌿 2 tbsp capers
🍋 Lemon juice
🍷 ½ cup white wine
🔥 Splash of peperoncini juice (or vinegar)
