    Yes but also I like to add some pickled veggies on it and it’s so easy and satisfying. Im actually mad I am just discovering this now in my 30s

    Get the French ones in butter. Open the can toast the bread then immediately put the tin in the toaster oven for a few minutes to melt the butter. From there it’s up to you.

    Dinner this evening was a 2 pieces of toast with labneh and a tin of Mediterranean style sardines. Hit the spot.

    Yes, with Dijon mustard and sauerkraut if I have it. Then topped with capers or chopped cornichons, some extra sharp cheddar), and a sprinkle of dill, chives, and granulated garlic, and put in the oven at 375 until the cheese is melted.

    I do – but per my recent comment, be careful about your health if you do this. Eating two can’s of sardines per day can put you are serious risk of developing gout.

    That looks like two cans in one meal. That’s a single meal with 300mg of purines, enough to put you over the daily limit for gout risk all in one meal.

    Eating two cans of ‘deens per day puts you at serious risk of gout if you do it often – so try not to do this too much, or limit yourself to one can.

  13. Toast with a lot of butter and sriracha. Or some Coleman’s mustard. Or perhaps a few dashes of Lea and Perrin’s, if the mood strikes.

    I made a sandwich with one last week. It was kind of a disaster. Didn’t think the oil would be such a problem. Drip, drip. This is why I don’t trust the guy that posts photos of him eating ‘Dines in his car with chop sticks and no burger towel. I’m calling bs. Until we actually see a video of him eating without drippin’ – his whole act is bullshit. Another lie the internet told me.
