If that y-shaped thing in the bowl is a hole through the bowl, then no, there is no repairing it.

Honestly, with the inside being rusted so badly it will take a LOT of work. You need to sand it all out, or grind with a wire brush wheel, then use naval jelly to eat the rest of the rust, then wash with soap and water. Then season it.
IF there are no holes through the metal, it’ll work good as new.

Yeah. Like someone said. Ride that wide open till it dies in 3-4 years (maybe longer). It’ll be great for your hot cooks. Chicken thighs, direct heat steaks. Get another one for when u need the temp control.
