Vanilla and almond layered Panna cotta

Going in to the office tomorrow (we're wfh, but we're having one last party since we canceled the lease on the building), and they ordered Italian food. I can't eat it since I'm allergic to dairy, so I made myself pasta to bring, and I used oat milk and DF heavy cream to make some panna cotta
