    I won’t turn up my nose at a classic but I don’t find myself buying singles these days.

    If that’s American cheese, so, so many things. Like every other type of grilled cheese, for one.

    For me using fresh bakery bread and cheese other than Kraft singles but live your life.

  6. This might be a hot take, but I think the world needs to stop putting the most processed piece of “cheese” at the top of the list for grilled cheese/burgers. It is borderline not real food. Putting it above so many other good cheeses like Gouda, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, gruyeur, this is not a competition.
