    I scored a large amount of bone-in ribeye roasts (ridiculous sale). I went all steaks and racks of ribs. Is it weird to enjoy easy butchering? I put on some music and I was in a groove breaking it down, seasoning, shrink wrap, and cleaning. It felt like meditation. Meatitation?

    Making a roast out of steak quality meat is like tricking out your girlfriend. Sure you can… But why would you?
