Hello and welcome to my channel. Today we are cooking creamy spinach. You wash your spinach and cut it into slices that you want. Then you put it in the pot. You let it cook with its own water. Then you add in another pot. You add two tablespoons of margarine or butter to your fried onions. When the onions are translucent, now you also add um two tablespoons of flour to the pot. You mix together making sure there are no lumps there. You add milk. You use about 300 to 500 m of milk. Then you mix together. You add more milk. If the consistenc is not what you want, you keep on tending to your spinach as well. Mix it and make sure it’s not burning. Now you go back to the sauce and add cheese to it. I’m using cheddar cheese. You can also use mozzarella cheese. You mix and make sure that the cheese is melted. Then you add mushroom soup. Mushroom soup adds to the thickness. So you need to add a little bit more milk as well. Mix well and make sure there are no lumps there. Since the spinach is ready, you fold in the spinach into the sauce. Mix well and add some salt. Now you can see it’s already giving, right? Yes. You add enough salt to taste. It is as simple as this guys. Our spinach, our creamy spinach is ready. Now you can serve according to your choice. It goes well with anything. You can serve it with rice or with pepp, whatever you want. Even with um spaghett, it goes so well with almost anything. Okay, let’s taste. Let’s eat the spinach.
