The green hab is my fave current sauce. Not particularly hot but very fresh and flavorful. I recommend buying two bottles.

M. Sharp’s across the board is top tier, but try the BEWARE version. It’s my new favorite. Not as hot as the all-capital name, but hotter than that line up, with all the fantastic flavor. It’s really good. All of them are.

I got to try some of their sauces at a food show and hands down one of the best sauces I’ve had was their mango habanero. Their branding is a bit dated but the must have been focusing on making cracking sauces.
