I made a chocolate cake with almond + hazelnut praline and chocolate ganache filling, pandan cake “moss” and gingerbread toad and mushrooms. Waiting for the boyfriend to come home so we can cut into it! 😋

    Fantastic! I love it. I used to be a pastry chef and in my first job at a pastry shop, I made all the buche de noels at Christmas. Our mushrooms were white, we made them in bulk because we’d do 40 buches a day. But I love everything about this, especially the bark. Great job.
