Ingredients
1 lb shrimp
2 oz Old Bay seasoning
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup panko
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1 lime
1 stock green onions
2 cups oil

How to Make the Shrimp
Season shrimp with Old Bay.
Make the batter: mix egg, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and water.
Add shrimp into the batter and coat evenly.
Mix panko + shredded coconut, then coat each shrimp.
Freeze for 15 minutes to prevent overcooking during frying.
Heat oil to 350°F and shallow fry shrimp for 3–5 minutes or until golden brown.

Bang Bang Sauce
Mix mayo + sweet chili sauce until smooth.

Garnish
Top with minced green onions and a squeeze of lime for extra freshness.
