Reminds me a lot of my favorite sandwich place from when I lived in New Orleans. Only open Monday-Friday like this; the bread was a hard French. Owned by a Vietnamese family that took real pride in the food. Never had anything from them I didn’t like. Usually would order their version of a Philly, but tried at least half the menu and loved it all.
Living so close to a place you can truly count on to be a solid 9/10 every time is very special. One of the few things I miss from being down there.
